Curling Is Fantastic.

All in all, I probably watched somewhere around six hours of curling today.  I still do not understand how it’s played or why it’s played, but I think it’s better that way.  Curling is a magical sport (?) and I wouldn’t want to ruin the magic.

  1. Couldn’t agree more. I spent my day doing the same thing.

  2. It’s like if Bocce and Shuffleboard had a baby.

You have to get your stone closest to the target. You get points basically for however many stones that you have that are closer than the other guys. You can sweep for your own stones, and also for other people’s stones that get knocked so that they get knocked further away.

I wish croquet were an olympic sport.
