One More!
June 16, 2009 at 3:20 pm | Posted in Alex Ovechkin, Huh?, This Irks Me, Tim Connolly | 2 CommentsI have one exam left tomorrow afternoon, then I’m free for two and a half months! Wooo!!!!!
I just took two exams in a steamy high school and therefore have nothing of any value or interest to say. Other than, yesterday my neighbor told me he read an email that said that Alexander recently dropped $18,000 at a strip joint (which you already heard, if you follow me on Twitter). This concerns me for several reasons:
1. $18,000 is almost a third of some people’s yearly income; in other words, a hell of a lot of money.
2. If Tim Connolly wants to go out and catch every STD in the book and then invent a few, that’s fine, because he’s Timmy and that’s just what he does. Alex buys tickets for underprivileged children and spends his birthday running hockey clinics and visiting elementary schools. I don’t much like the idea of him going out and catching some icky disease.
3. If I find out that he’s going to strip clubs and he’s BRINGING LARS I might have to kill myself. LARS IS TOO INNOCENT FOR THAT.
Where does one even get emails like that? No one emails me about things like that. I hope for his sake he was making that up.
I wonder if Tim Connolly ever spent that much at a strip club. I plan on pondering this for the rest of the day instead of doing anything productive. I’m so done with school.
I can’t believe I just wrote a whole post about this.

Holy smokes- $18,000 WAS my yearly income when I worked selling tickets for a minor league hockey team a few years ago. Before taxes.
I’m so disgusted by that on so many levels. I hope it’s not true. I mean, dude- that’s a ton of money and do you have any idea what else you could have done with it?
