Bruce, please, relax. This video is hilarious. Colby Armstrong is adorable, and Ilya at the end has not failed to crack me up during the two times I’ve watched this so far.
And Ron Hainsey? Is not at all unattractive.

I apologizing for having two posts in a row that talk about the Capitals in the title, but I really don’t have anything else to say about the Sabres. They’re not going to make the playoffs, they’re inconsistent, TV doesn’t score anymore, whatever. Although apparently Timmy is hurt again? Oh dear. How much longer do we have him under contract?
In other, happier news, Nathan Gerbe got named AHL Rookie of the Year! Woo! Go Nate-dogg!
